Returns

Change of mind

If you've had a change of mind about a product you have ordered, we'll be happy to exchange or refund provided it's unopened and unused, in the original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition. Change of mind returns can only be made within 30 days of purchase and exclude items purchased on sale.

Faulty products

If the product you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll be happy to exchange it, provide a credit or a refund. When completing the returns process please provide a detailed description of the fault, and attach a photo if possible. 

Allergies

If you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please stop using immediately and contact us as soon as possible. Make sure you keep the remaining product. We'll be happy to discuss your options.

Incorrect product or damaged on arrival

If you have received a product that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us at hello@thedayahead.com.au. Please keep the product until we've had a chance to chat with you.

Return shipping charges

Shipping for returns for products that are found to be our fault, faulty, incorrect or damaged products are free of charge. Shipping for returns for change of mind are charged at the same rate as original shipping and will be charged to your payment method.
